I’m Shannon, a product designer with front-end development and illustration chops, drawn to complex, messy problems and the spaces where things aren’t quite figured out yet. I care deeply about craft, systems thinking, and storytelling, and I like working in the details to turn ambiguity into something clear, useful, and human.

I’m endlessly curious, which means I tend to work across disciplines—from designing AI-powered platforms and conversational experiences to building apps for raising guide dog puppies.

At Salesforce, I led the UX and UI for Solutions & DemoAssist Agent—a suite of interconnected AI agents that help Solution Engineers prepare customer demos globally.

Key outcomes:

• 38.5k+ users and 14.5k MAU (+43% YoY).
• 6,155+ sessions, 22,229 topic calls, and 15,419 action calls
• 95,000 new demo orgs in a single fiscal year, contributing to a 93% reduction in distribution spend.
